How much is standard shipping within Australia? 

Orders under $250 and weighing less than 500g - $7.95
Orders under $250 and weighing more then 500g - $10.95
Orders over $250 - FREE

Signature on delivery (recommended) is an additional $2.95. 

Standard shipping includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can my order be sent express?

Within Australia, yes. For orders not exceeding 500g, express post can be selected as the shipping method at checkout. For orders exceeding 500g, please contact us for a quote.

  

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Tuesday - Friday (ACDT) are dispatched same business day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday, then they will be dispatched next business day.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, zipPay, Afterpay or Bank Deposit.

 

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock? 

We do our best to ensure stock levels on our website are accurate. However, if you happen to place an order for item that is out of stock and the item will not be restocked within 48 hours, we will contact you within 24 hours and advise an ETA. If you're not able to wait, we will refund you in full.

 

Are my details secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously and we store any information that you provide us with securely. High-level SSL encryption technology is used for online transactions to ensure your payment details are secure. We do not store your personal credit card information.

 

Can I exchange my item if I have purchased the incorrect size?

Yes, providing the item was not a special order or purchased on sale/clearance, then it may returned within 14 days, providing it hasn't been used and all tags/packaging are still intact. All return postage costs are at the expense of the customer. Please see our 'Returns Policy' for more details. 

 

I've changed my mind about an item I've purchased, how can I return it?

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days in exchange for a store credit, less any postage costs. Products must be returned in original condition with all tags/packaging still intact. All return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
