Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $300 within Australia*

Small Orders | Up to 500g

$8.95 Standard | $11.95 Express 

Larger Orders | Exceeding 500g

Standard Shipping | No Signature on Delivery - $11.95

Standard Shipping | Signature on Delivery - $14.95

Bulky Orders - Please take your items through checkout for a quote. 

Express Shipping is available on most items and dependant on order value/weight - please take your items through checkout for an express quote.

*Free shipping may exclude heavy/bulky goods.


Extras such as Signature on Delivery & Insurance are an additional cost. 


 When will I receive my order?

Please allow for shipping delays due to COVID

We do not have control over delivery times once your order is handed to Australia Post.

 We do our best to ensure orders placed before 12pm ACDT Tuesday to Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed over weekend will be dispatched on Monday.  

SA -  1 to 3 business days

VIC -  3 to 8 business days

NSW, TAS & Metro QLD - 4 to 8 business days

WA, NT & Regional QLD - 5 to 10 business days

Express Post - 2 to 4 business days

All shipping is trackable. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. 


International Shipping

We are currently offering shipping to New Zealand & USA.

Please take your item/s through checkout for a shipping quote. 

New Zealand - 8 to 14 business days

USA - 10 to 21 business days


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take into account where you may be at time of delivery. 

If you do not select a shipping option with 'Signature on Delivery', Australia Post has the authority to leave your parcel at your address unattended. By not selecting a shipping option with 'Signature on Delivery', you agree to your order being left at your delivery address unattended and in turn, accept full liability for any damage of theft that may occur once it has been 'Delivered' by the courier.

 We, The Tack Shop, will not be held responsible for item/s lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us if you wish to purchase additional insurance.
