Change of Mind and Size Exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 7 days from the date of delivery or 14 days if purchased in store.
Change of Mind & Size Exchanges
Change of Mind - eligible for a store credit to the value of the returned product, less postage costs. Store credits have no expiry and may be used in store or online.
Size Exchanges - once you have completed the form below and your return has been started, your required size will be held for 7 days. If we do not have your required size in stock, we will advise of this before you return your item and a store credit will instead be issued, less postage.
Refunds are not offered unless the item has a manufacture fault, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must not have been a special order or purchased on sale.
The item must be in original/new condition with any packaging and tags still intact.
CLOTHING - must be presented in new condition and must have NOT been washed, sprayed with perfume, soiled or have had tags removed.
FOOTWEAR - must show no signs of use other than being briefly tried on indoors. All packaging and any tags must still be intact.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee or refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a size exchange or change of mind return.
FAULTY & INCORRECTLY RECEIVED GOODS
Faulty items may be returned outside of our regular return period providing the item is still under warranty.
Incorrect item or size received claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty or we have sent the wrong item or size, please complete our Return Request Form.
If the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly received, The Tack Shop will reimburse return shipping costs - item to be returned via the most economical shipping option.
