Returns Policy

Change of Mind and Size Exchanges are accepted on full priced itemsΒ within 14Β days from:
- Date of delivery/awaiting collection (Online Delivery)
- Date purchased (In Store)
- Date the order was placed (Click & Collect)

    *Please complete our Return Request FormΒ to begin your return or exchange.

    To be eligible for Change of Mind or Size Exchange:

    • The item mustΒ notΒ have been aΒ special orderΒ orΒ purchased on sale.

    • The item mustΒ be in original/new condition with no signs of use, animal hair or soiling.

      • Clothing must not be washed, sprayed with perfume, soiled or have had the tags removed.Β 

      • Footwear must show no signs of use other than being lightly tried on indoors.
    • All packaging and/or tags must still be intact.

    • The item is not an excludedΒ from change of mind returnsΒ (saddles and earrings).

    Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

    Change of Mind -Β Eligible for a store credit to the value of the returned product, less postage costs.Β Store creditsΒ haveΒ a 12 month expiry and may be used in store or online.Β 

    Size Exchanges -Β If we do not have your required size in stock, we will advise of this before you return your item and a store credit willΒ instead be issued, less postage.

    Refunds are not offered unless the itemΒ has a manufacture fault,Β so please keep this in mind when placing your order.Β 

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costsΒ associated with a size exchange or change of mind return.

    Faulty or Incorrectly Received Items

    Faulty items may be returned outside of our regular return period providing the item is still under warranty.Β If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty or we have sent the wrong item or size, please complete ourΒ Return Request Form.

    Incorrect item, size or colour receivedΒ claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.Β Β 

    If the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly received, The Tack Shop will reimburse returnΒ shipping costs - item toΒ beΒ returned via the most economical shipping option.
