Pre-Orders & Special Orders

If you order 'In Stock' items with a Pre-Order or Special Order item, no items will be dispatched until everything is in stock.

Please place seperate orders if you require in stock item/s to be sent before pre-ordered or special ordered items. 

Pre-Order

A pre-order refers to an item that is not currently in stock or is in transit to our store, such as a back order or it may be a new season item that has been pre-ordered from the supplier. 

An estimated time frame for delivery will be listed within the product description of that particular item.

 

Please keep in mind that delivery times, although generally accurate, are not guaranteed. If your item cannot be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame, you will of course have the option to cancel your order.  
 

Special Orders

A special order refers to an item or size that we do not carry stock of (including custom items, such as Mattes) and will be ordered in specially as per the customers requirements.
For delivery time frames of special orders, please refer to the product description of the particular item you are looking to purchase.
Please keep in mind that delivery times, although generally accurate, are not guaranteed. If your item cannot be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame, you will of course have the option to cancel your order.

Please ensure you have read and agree to our Returns Policy before placing a special order as we do not accept change of mind or size exchange returns on special or custom orders. 

If you require a Pre-Order or Special Order by a certain date, we recommend contacting us BEFORE placing your order so we are aware and can advise if your order is likely arrive in time as some variables, such as shipping and custom delays are out of our control.
